Reporting to the Director of English, Maths and ESOL, the person appointed will lead a team of staff in the delivery and development of high quality, learner, and employer centred provision.
The post holder will be responsible for creating and managing effective English and maths face to face and on-line programmes within Weston College faculties, managing the delivery, co-ordination and development of work- based learners and traineeships.
The role presents an exciting opportunity to make maths and English provision responsive to the needs of work-based environment. Applicants must have a passion for teaching and learning along with a strong belief that all learners can make outstanding progress. A successful candidate will require strong inter-personal skills and the ability to enthuse, motivate and support staff to innovate within their curriculum.
